While others offer basic cookie cutter programs from national outlets, D&F Travel is preparing to help immerse our passengers in culture, sights and sounds of Cajun country in this unique custom tour package. Along the way we will stop in Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Georgia. This package includes 9 nights hotel, 6 dinners (one in the French Quarter), 2 lunches, backstage tour and show at the Grand Ole Opry, visit to two plantations, a fun and exciting swamp tour, a steamboat ride, a dinner theater, services of a step on guide, all taxes and gratuities. ***Please also note that we only have three pickup locations per trip; meaning we pick up in Dunkirk, West Seneca & Depew primarily. Under certain circumstances will we consider an alternative pick up location (Lockport/Amherst) if there is interest of at least 10 or more passengers. ****Please also note: times listed on flyers, etc. are estimated times. We do our best here at D&F Travel to ensure we stay on schedule although there are unforeseen instances.
D&F Travel, Inc Cancellation Policy
Multi-Day Tours Cancellation prior to 60 days of the tour will be refunded all moneys paid less a $100 handling fee per person. Cancellations between 45 and 60 days before the tour will forfeit their deposit. Cancellations less than 45 days before the tour will forfeit the full price of the tour. We must adhere to our cancellation policy to protect our ability to run tours and to maintain our price structures. Please don't ask us to make exceptions. **We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
Day Tours We do not accept deposits on any day trip that is $100 or less; trip must be paid in full at time of reservation. If day trip involves tickets (non-refundable), and you wish to cancel your reservation; you will forfeit the cost of the ticket(s) as they are non-refundable. If cancellation is made more than two weeks prior to the Day Tour you will be entitled to a full refund minus a $25 processing fee AND ticket price unless tickets are not involved. Cancellation made within two weeks or less will forfeit the full price of the Day Tour.
D&F Travel, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reroute any tour due to acts of nature, trail conditions, insufficient number of participants or unforeseen circumstances that would hinder our ability to run a trip. If D&F Travel, Inc. Is unable to provide you with another trip that is satisfactory, all moneys paid will be refunded and shall constitute full settlement with you. D&F Travel, Inc is not responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred by a guest in relation to a cancelled tour including costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, sickness and non-refundable air tickets and/or any penalties associated with such tickets.
Please understand that sometimes tours are forced to cancel due to a lack of sign up. If for any reason a tour is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund payable in the same method as you made your payment to us. A change in the method of return is against our accounting policy. Allowing our customers to change these methods could promote fraud because it would be easy to convert purchases using stolen credit cards into cash. This policy is in effect since the Patriot Act was established and both Visa/Mastercard and our Payment processing company First Data support us and have established the same policy. We follow the guidelines that were provided to us.

BECAUSE THE UNFORESEEN AND UNEXPECTED CAN OCCUR – BEFORE YOU LEAVE OR WHEN YOU’RE AWAY FROM HOME – WE ENCOURAGE ALL TRAVELERS TO PURCHASE TRAVEL PROTECTION FROM TRAVEL INSURED INTERNATIONAL. THEIR PLANS OFFER EXTENSIVE BENEFITS AND COVERAGE. *Please note, we do not offer travel protection on any trip less than $100.
