Group Tours
These tours are specially planned. All tours include round-trip motor coach transportation on luxury, air-conditioned, restroom-equipped coaches.

Canadian Travel
It is necessary for all passengers to have proper identification when traveling across the border. A birth certificate, voter's registration card, passport, or baptismal certificate is valid. A driver's license is not acceptable.

Nonsmoking
All motor coaches provided by D & F Travel have a nonsmoking policy for the comfort of all passengers.

Tickets
Tickets purchased for events such as Broadway plays, sporting events, concerts, dinner/theater, etc., are all the responsibility of the tour group and are completely nonrefundable.

Casino Bonuses
All bonuses presented by casinos are not guaranteed by
D & F Travel and are subject to the casino's offering and as such are subject to change without notice. All passengers must be at least 21 years of age to gamble in Atlantic City.

Driver's Gratuities
Unless it is your group's desire for us to include this in your package, the driver's tip is always on an individual basis, as well as the guide or escort.

Complimentary
When your group has 40 paying pax and with overnight trips, 20 paid rooms, we will provide two comps.

Rules of the road

• No refunds are permitted on any tour unless we have a replacement.
• Trip insurance is available, please ask your sales rep.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• Motor coaches are non-smoking.
• Please be on time for your pickup, we will wait no more than 15 minutes for any passenger. Loading starts 15 minutes prior to departure time, please be on time.
• You may bring a pillow and/or blanket on the New York City or any long distance tour that may be left on board the coach while at your destination. We are not responsible for your belongings, please do not leave any thing of value on board the motor coach.
• VERY IMPORTANT! If traveling with us into Canada you must be sure to have proper ID - proof of citizenship. The only form of acceptable ID is now either birth certificate w/ photo ID or a passport. This is strictly enforced. If you should be selected for ID check, you may be detained at the boarder unless you can provide proof of citizenship.

D & F Travel, Inc., dba Royalty Coach operating under ICC #21074, DOT #361309, and Ontario X License PVX-1911, hereby disclaim all liability for damage, property loss, or service loss due to acts of nature, mechanical failure, road conditions, labor difficulties, or any cause beyond its control. In the event of poor road conditions, it is solely the responsibility of the bus company to determine whether it is safe to operate the trip. Bus company reserves the right to use vehicle immediately prior or subsequent to any charter. Therefore, any change in time desired by customer must first be cleared with our office so that the other groups are not inconvenienced.
