D & F Travel, Inc., Royalty Coach operating under ICC #21074, DOT #361309, and Ontario X License PVX-1911, hereby disclaim all liability for damage, property loss, or service loss due to acts of nature, mechanical failure, road conditions, labor difficulties, or any cause beyond its control. In the event of poor road conditions, it is solely the responsibility of the bus company to determine whether it is safe to operate the trip. Bus company reserves the right to use vehicle immediately prior or subsequent to any charter. Therefore, any change in time desired by customer must first be cleared with our office so that the other groups are not inconvenienced.
