WHAT IF i WANT TO BE PICKED UP SOMEPLACE OTHER THAN TOPS?
For our retail tours, if you have 15 or more passengers for a single location, we are happy to add your stop onto the itinerary. Please note, if your location adds significant time onto the trip, it may be declined due to NYS regulations on how many hours a driver is safely allowed to operate a motorcoach. Please contact our office and speak to our tour department in order to confirm an alternate pickup location.
How can i make a payment on my trip?
You can call our office to make a payment over the phone via debit/credit card or mail a check. (Charters only: your charter number should be in the memo. You may also follow the link in your confirmation email.) Standard fees to apply. For more information, please visit our CONTACT US page.
Why do i need an itinerary & how far in advance do you require it?
In order to provide you with the best possible service, our drivers need to prepare well in advance for any trip. This includes having accurate addresses for the locations you will be visiting and other details to best pr4epare their routing. In order to ensure your group's positive experience, we ask that you forward your itinerary to our office no fewer than 20 days prior to departure. Changes to itineraries can result in additional charges due to extra time and/or mileage incurred above original quoted price.
I don't have an exact itinerary yet, can i still receive a quote?
Yes, but we need the best possible information that you can give us at the time of quotation. This includes dates approximate times, pick up and destination locations. Having all of this information will help us give you the most accurate price possible, when you receive an Instant Charter Quote. If you're still not quite sure4 of the details, we can get you a Beginning Quote. Please note, changes to the itinerary may result in changes to your quoted price.
how do i charter a bus?
First, make sure you have selected a date. Then you may either Contact Us, or submit your itinerary for an Instant Quote.
How do I know i'll be safe?
Our newer fleet of MCI's are safe and reliable. Each vehicle is regularly and carefully NYDOT inspected and insured. Our professionally licensed drivers undergo rigorous training and are digitally monitored. We have 19A/School certified drivers who are required to undergo random drug & alcohol screenings.
What kind of insurance do you have?
D&F Travel is fully insured by an insurer who specializes in transportation coverage. We have up to $5M in liability coverage. If an additionally insured is required to be named, please contact our office.
