Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to bus departure, to allow yourself enough time for loading.
*Additional pickups may be requested with a minimum group of 20 people. A maximum of 3 total departure locations per vehicle, per tour.

D&F Travel, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reroute any tour due to acts of nature, trail conditions, insufficient number of participants or unforeseen circumstances that would hinder our ability to run a trip. If D&F Travel, Inc. is unable to provide you with another trip that is satisfactory, all moneys paid will be refunded. D&F Travel, Inc. is not responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred by a guest in relation to a cancelled tour including costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, sickness and non-refundable air tickets and/or any penalties associated with such tickets. We suggest the purchase of trip insurance to avoid such issues.

- We do not accept deposits for any Day Trip, reservations must be paid in full, at the time of booking.
- You will receive a confirmation call approximately 1-3 days prior to departure to reconfirm your pickup location and time.
CASINO TOURS:
- All Casino Tours require a valid government issued ID (Driver's License or Passport) in order to receive bonus.
- Bonuses are offered by the Casino and are subject to change without notice.
OVERNIGHT TOURS:
- You will receive a final confirmation LETTER with luggage tags (if applicable), 1-2 weeks prior to departure date.
