We are working together to get you places safely. Our 2021 brochure will be out in time. If have travel funds from a cancelled tour due to COVID-19, you will be welcome to apply your travel funds to any tour available through the end of 2021.

NASCAR @ The Glen - August 8
"NASCAR makes its annual return to the Finger Lakes Region (August 4-8, 2021) for the Go Bowling at The Glen, NASCAR Xfinity Series, the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and ARCA Menards Series races at the four-times voted "Best NASCAR Track" by readers of USA Today. One of the most exciting weekends on the NASCAR calendar, the summer tradition continues as two-time defending race winner Chase Elliott tries for three consecutive wins at The Glen in 2021." Join D&F Travel as we head to Watkins Glen for the annual Sunday NASCAR race! Bring your own snacks and personal size cooler to enjoy.

Red Sox @ Yankees - July 16
Join D&F Travel as we head back to Yankee Stadium for the Red Sox vs Yankee matchup!!! Depart early morning and arrive to Yankee Stadium as gates open. 7:10PM game start in field level seating! LIMITED SEATING - Book NOW before it's too late!

Pursuant to New York State and Department of Health Testing Guidelines as of 03/26/21
To begin the season, attendance for select games will be limited to approximately 20% of the capacity of Yankee Stadium. Each fan in attendance, 2 years and older, will be required to take a PCR or rapid antigen COVID-19 test with negative results or provide proof of a COVID-19 full vaccination, as well as temperature checks on each game day in order to gain entry. Please note the required time-frames associated with each option so you can plan ahead accordingly.

Multi-Day Tours Cancellation prior to 60 days of the tour will be refunded all moneys paid less a $50 handling fee per person and non-refundable ticket value (if tickets are involved). Cancellations between 45 and 60 days before the tour will be refunded all moneys paid less a $100 handling fee per person and will forfeit their deposit and ticket value (if involved). Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour will forfeit the full price of the tour, no exceptions. (We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.)
Day Tours Deposits are not accepted; trip must be paid in full at time of reservation. If day trip involves tickets (non-refundable), and you wish to cancel your reservation; you will forfeit the cost of the ticket(s) as they are non-refundable in addition to processing fees. If cancellation is made more than two weeks prior to the Day Tour you will be entitled to a full refund* minus a $25 processing fee AND ticket price unless tickets are not involved. Cancellation made within two weeks or less will forfeit the full price of the Day Tour. *Refunds and date transfers are NOT offered on casino day trips; no exceptions. You may send someone in your place in the event you cannot attend.
Please Note: Trip insurance is not offered on day trips. We must adhere to our cancellation policy to protect our ability to run tours and to maintain our price structures. Please don't ask us to make exceptions.
D&F Travel, Inc reserves the right to cancel or reroute any tour due to acts of nature, trail conditions, insufficient number of participants or unforeseen circumstances that would hinder our ability to run a trip. If D&F Travel, Inc. is unable to provide you with another trip that is satisfactory, all moneys paid will be refunded (minus handling fees) and shall constitute full settlement with you. D&F Travel, Inc is not responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred by a guest in relation to a cancelled tour including costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, sickness and non-refundable air tickets and/or any penalties associated with such tickets. We suggest the purchase of trip insurance to avoid such issues.
Please understand that sometimes tours are forced to cancel due to a lack of sign up. If for any reason a tour is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund payable in the same method as you made your payment to us. A change in the method of return is against our accounting policy. Allowing our customers to change these methods could promote fraud because it would be easy to convert purchases using stolen credit cards into cash. This policy is in effect since the Patriot Act was established and both Visa/Mastercard and our Payment processing company First Data support us and have established the same policy. We follow the guidelines that were provided to us.
