Tour Policies
MULTI-DAY TOURS Cancellation prior to 60 days of the tour will be refunded all moneys paid less a $50 handling fee per person and non-refundable ticket value (if tickets are involved). Cancellations between 45 and 60 days before the tour will be refunded all moneys paid less a $100 handling fee per person and will forfeit their deposit and ticket value (if involved). Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour will forfeit the full price of the tour, no exceptions. (We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.)
DAY TOURS We do not accept deposits on any day trip that is $100 or less; trip must be paid in full at time of reservation. If day trip involves tickets (non-refundable), and you wish to cancel your reservation; you will forfeit the cost of the ticket(s) as they are non-refundable. If cancellation is made more than 30 DAYS prior to the Day Tour you will be entitled to a full refund minus a $25 processing fee AND ticket price unless tickets are not involved. Cancellation made 30 DAYS or less will forfeit the full price of the Day Tour.
Please Note: If you have to cancel for any reason and the trip involves tickets, you will forfeit the cost of the ticket. We will not make any exceptions for this rule. Trip insurance is not offered on trips less than $100. We must adhere to our cancellation policy to protect our ability to run tours and to maintain our price structures. Please don't ask us to make exceptions.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: D&F Travel, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reroute any tour due to acts of nature, trail conditions, insufficient number of participants or unforeseen circumstances that would hinder our ability to run a trip. If D&F Travel, Inc. is unable to provide you with another trip that is satisfactory, all moneys paid will be refunded (minus handling fees) and shall constitute full settlement with you. D&F Travel, Inc. is not responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred by a guest in relation to a cancelled tour including costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, sickness and non-refundable air tickets and/or any penalties associated with such tickets. We suggest the purchase of trip insurance to avoid such issues.

**Day Tours, you will receive a confirmation call approximately 1 to 3 days prior to departure to reconfirm your pickup location and time. Overnight Tours will receive a final confirmation letter with a luggage tag (if applicable) 1 to 2 weeks prior to departure date.
CASINO TOURS: All Casino Tours require a valid government issued ID (driver’s license or passport) in order to receive bonus. Bonuses are offered by the Casino and are subject to change without notice.
